PAYMENT INFORMATION

All payments are done via PayFast. Should you require an alternative method, please contact us.

PayFast payments:

All credit card payments are encrypted and processed by PayFast Payment Gateway. Card holders may go to www.payfast.co.za to access their privacy policy.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All parcels must be sent to a physical address (No PO Box addresses will be accepted). We use various courier services depending on the product ordered. Products in different categories have separate shipping costs. Final shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout page. You will receive an email with your tracking number once the order is shipped.

Shipping of labels products

An order is only processed once payment is reflected in our account. Processing of name labels takes 7-10 working days. It is currently out-of-season (not back2school) and an additional fee of R80 is added to an order (automatically added to pickup/shipping price). You will receive an email once processing starts and once your order is ready for collection or shipping (with a tracking number). Delivery takes another 3-5 working days.

Shipping of other products

An order is only processed once payment is reflected in our account. Order processing time takes 2-10 working days (specific details per product under product description). After the order has been processed you will receive an email regarding self pick-up or your order will be sent to our couriers for delivery which takes another 3-4 working days.

DELIVERY COSTS

Self Collection of products

Collection of products is available in Garsfontein, Pretoria.

Collection is free.

The invoice received once the order has been placed contains the full address for collection. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup and arrangements will be made for a date and time to collect.

Delivery and courier of products

R80 on all national deliveries

We will be taking a short break from 21 December and will be back on 2 January 2025. All orders placed on 20 December will be processed before 25 December 2024. Orders placed from 21 December 2024 up to 1 January 2025 will be processed once we're back in January 2025.
