RETURNS
No returns are made due to all items being custom made.
If there is an error on your order, please email dinodillykids@gmail.com within 2 days after delivery of product with details of purchase (email received during purchase). Gift cards are also non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders should be cancelled within 12 hours after an order confirmation email has been received. Contact us at dinodillykids@gmail.com for all cancellations.
REFUNDS
No refunds, as described in the above RETURNS section.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us at dinodillykids@gmail.com to make arrangements.
