Processing generally takes 3-5 working days, however during January peak season, orders can take up to 7 working days to be processed. This excludes delivery times.
Return Policy
RETURNS
No returns are made due to all items being custom made.
If there is an error on your order, please email dinodillykids@gmail.com within 2 days after delivery of product with details of purchase (email received during purchase). Gift cards are also non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders should be cancelled within 12 hours after an order confirmation email has been received. Contact us at dinodillykids@gmail.com for all cancellations.
REFUNDS

EXCHANGES
